Build the infrastructure the physical world is missing.

170+ customers across 50+ countries. 1.5B+ signals every month. A handful of people.

That math only works because of how we build: AI does the heavy lifting, and the people here bring the judgment it can't. We're not hiring hands to follow instructions — we're hiring people who go from idea to shipped, and who want to build the infrastructure layer for physical AI, not talk about it.

What We're Building

An edge OS that runs on any device. Fleet orchestration across tens of thousands of nodes. A peripheral descriptor ecosystem where each integration is built once and works for every customer. MCP-native device control for AI agents. Deployed in stores, hospitals, warehouses, hotels, farms, factories, and stadiums across 50+ countries.

What We Value
01

High agency

Find a way or make one. In the AI era this went from a bonus to the whole job — anyone who understands the goal can go from idea to shipped in a day, so we don't hand out specs to follow. We hire people who grasp why something matters and act on it without waiting for permission. Always raise concerns; just bring the fix with them: "this won't work, but here's what will."

02

Growth mindset

Our tools change month by month, so the willingness to learn is the skill. You get a licence to fail, that's how the work gets better, but not a licence to ship without guardrails. Experiment freely, learn fast, and let the safety nets catch what you miss while you're moving. The guardrails exist so you can take risks that matter.

03

Build it to last

This platform runs mission-critical infrastructure in hospitals, warehouses, and factories. Compliance and security are not overhead, they're the product. Guardrails aren't optional: they're what let us move fast without moving recklessly. Velocity comes from building properly, not from cutting corners.

04

Own the whole problem

Small team, large surface: edge firmware to cloud infrastructure to the API developers build on. Hold the full picture — the customer's problem, the business outcome, the architecture — because that context is what lets you take initiative, and what AI can't replace.

We're AI-native by default. You set the direction, the context, and the guardrails. Agents handle the implementation. But this is mission-critical infrastructure, so those guardrails are not optional. Security, compliance, and deterministic review gates ship with every change. The skill is not typing speed. It's clear intent, honest review, and knowing what you can't afford to get wrong.
